Tube Mill Gear Boxes are manufactured either one over other Worm Wheel type having ratio two output shaft and with the same ratio or Tube Mill Gear Box in combination with Worm & Spur or Helical Gear to give 1:1 ratio or 1:2 ratio for output. Input two worm wheel output can be supplied from 10:1 to 60:1 ratio. |

Horizontal Gear Box
Horizontal Gear Box is ruggedly constructed to bare heavy loads. All bearings are Tapper Roller, carefully assembled of a good brand gives longer life, having centers from 40 mm to 315 mm in a ratio of 7.5 to 70:1 are available.

Vertical Upward
All Vertical Gear Boxes either Shaft Mounting Upward or Downward are available in ratio's form 7.5 to 70:1. The output Shaft Bearing are strong enough to take load for stirrer and oil reserve bar is carefully designed so as the minimum quantity of Oil remains inside the Gear Box. Inspite of leakage which save Worm & Wheel from wearing out. |
